The TanknologyNG's ATG is a permanently installed inventory and leak detection for underground and aboveground storage tanks. It is UL approved for class II, group D locations. Tanknology/Simmons technology exceeds all EPA standards as verified by third parties. The system consists of an electronic console, in-tank probes for liquid level sensing, and optional sump/interstitial sensors , brine sensors and vapor sensors. Cables are run in conduit from the sensors to the console, which is mounted insisde a building, protected from the weather.
Console
The TanknologyNG's console contains all of the electronics for tank probes, sump and interstitial sensors and vapor sensors. All data and the time of day clock are battery packed in case of power failure. Additionally, the intergral modem and Rs232 communications port will provide immediate telephone access to the data for a complete Fuel Tank Solution(FTS).
UST C-Probes
The TanknologyNG's probe is all solid state and uses ultrasonic technology to provide the most accurate information possible. The in-tank probe is designed to fit a range of tank sizes, with final adjustment to the particular tank made in the field with the sliding probe extension. The in-tank probe level sensor has no moving parts with the exception of the water detection float. All probes have the same characteristics with no field calibration required
Tank Testing
TanknologyNG's 3rd party certified PSLD testing provides a state of the art compliance program for all tanks monitored with our ATG's. This automatic test is performed on a daily basis.
